AGV (Horizontal) series: To ensure proper gas flow, locate the shaft on the front or back of the valve next to the instructions: “Reset 1/8 Turn Only.” While holding your other finger on the shaft’s other side to ensure that it is not pushed through, gently turn the shaft by 1/8″ with a small screwdriver. You should see a green color in the circular “sight glass” meaning your valve has been reset!

VAGV (Vertical) series: To ensure proper gas flow, locate the green shaft on the front of the valve labeled “Reset”. Gently turn the shaft clockwise with a small screwdriver or coin. You should hear the sound of a metal ball moving around and see a silver color in the circular “sight glass”, meaning your valve has been reset! Alternatively, if you would like to shut-off your valve, turn the red “Shut-Off” shaft counter-clockwise to shut off the flow of gas.

NAGV (90 degree) series: To ensure proper gas flow, locate the green shaft on the top of the valve labeled “Reset”. Gently turn the shaft clockwise with a small screwdriver or coin. You should hear the sound of a metal ball moving around and see a silver color in the circular “sight glass”, meaning your valve has been reset! Alternatively, if you would like to shut-off your valve, turn the red “Shut-Off” shaft counter-clockwise to shut off the flow of gas.

FAGV (Flanged) and Industrial AGV 300 & 400 (Industrial Horizontal) series: To ensure proper gas flow, locate the silver shaft on the body of the valve labeled “Reset”. Gently turn the shaft clockwise with a small screwdriver or coin. You should hear the sound of a metal ball moving around and see a silver color in the circular “sight glass”. Hold the reset shaft until the metal ball has stopped moving. Your valve has been reset! Alternatively, if you would like to shut-off your valve, turn the red “Shut-Off” shaft counter-clockwise to shut off the flow of gas.
